We are booked anywhere from three days to eleven months in advance, depending on which artist you are seeking and what their schedule is like.
Local clients from the greater Modesto area can just stop by the studio and drop off deposits anytime. Please note that we require cash for all appointments made in-studio. Bring in any reference material you would like us to review while creating your piece (sketches, photos, print-outs, paintings, t-shirts, etc.) and we will file them with your deposit receipt. If you are coming from out of state, we require that a $100 deposit in the form of a money order be sent to the studio, made out to the artist you are seeing.
How do I get an appointment at a convention on the Tour Schedule? There are two ways to get a convention appointment: just give us a call and we will set it up, or email attending artists directly. Our artists are rarely at a convention with an opening for tattooing, so an advanced deposit is almost always required if you want to get tattooed.
Check out our revamped blog section and our new calendar for upcoming events and convention dates. We hope everyone enjoys the new look of the shop. Make sure to come down and check it out.

When in doubt, book extra slots! Many clients have suffered in the past because they waited until each appointment day to book the next one.
You are responsible for booking your own time. Let us know how often you would like to be tattooed and we will make it happen.
We would rather finish everything we start ASAP rather than have scheduling frustrations later. We love our clients and always feel bad telling them, "Sorry…all booked." Line 'em up!
The general shop rate is $100 per hour.
We are extremely affordable and moderately priced considering the level of artistry provided. Foundation Tattoo Parlor is one of the area's TOP studios, but no one here suffers from delusional ego trips or inflated pay rates. We just want to put out great tattoos! Our prices are the same as other local California studios – our minimum fee in the public studio is only $100 bucks! Large work will be done in sessions, so the client only pays for work done that day (no one will be expected to pay for an entire piece up front, just the individual session). This breaks it up for you as a client so that large work can be done without breaking your piggybank.
